Don Bosco Workforce is a structured initiative jointly implemented by the Don Bosco Development Outreach Network (DBDON) and Take Two Communications Limited (TTCL). We connect talented graduates from Don Bosco Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) institutions with employers seeking their expertise.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Graduate from a certified Don Bosco TVET institution in Kenya
  • Possess relevant technical skills in supported areas
  • Demonstrate good conduct with recommendation from TVET center
  • Be unemployed, underemployed, or seeking self-employment
  • Willing to undergo additional training and mentorship
  • Be of legal working age as per Kenyan labor laws

  • Do not solicit tips, gifts or loans from clients
  • Uphold Don Bosco values in speech and service
  • Report any disciplinary or safety incidents
  • Maintain confidentiality of business information

What support is available if I have problems with a client?

Our coordinators are available to mediate any issues that arise during assignments. We encourage members to contact us immediately with any concerns.
